Arranging Airport Pickup

The airport pickup service is available to Australian Awards Scholars, students enrolled in the Under 18 International Student Supervision Program and Study Abroad or Exchange students. This service is provided once only to eligible students.

This is a free service from the airport to the CBD (Central Business District), Parkville and surrounding areas. TOGOTO Pty Ltd is the shuttle-bus service used for this service.

Fees apply if:

you are travelling to areas further than those listed above,
there are additional passengers (your family members or anyone who is not a University of Melbourne student), or
you requested airport pickup, but do not use it on arrival.

You will be informed of any additional costs by email once we receive your application. Please note that TOGOTO only allows a maximum checked-in baggage limit of 46kgs.

How many extra people require airport pickup? Value Required

If the booking is just for you, select "0" (zero). If the booking includes family or friends, you will need to pay the driver an extra $50 per person on arrival.

If any of your extra passengers are under the age of 10, please note their ages in the 'special requirements' box at the bottom of the page.

If any of the extra passengers that you are bringing are UoM students also seeking free pickup, they must submit their own airport pickup form. Otherwise they will be subject to the $50 extra person fee.
