Fulbright Scholarships

The Fulbright Scholarship Program was established in Australia in 1949 as an initiative of the US Senator J, William Fulbright, through a binational treaty between the Australian and United States Governments.The program provides unique opportunities for Australians to build long term research collaboration and linkages with U.S. universities.

Fulbright Scholarships are awarded by the Australian American Fulbright Commission.  The mission of the Australian-American Fulbright Commission is to promote mutual understanding through educational and cultural exchange between Australia and the United States.

 

 


Eligibility

Fulbright scholarships are open to Postgraduates, Postdoctoral, Professional and Senior Scholars from any field of study.
