Frank Knox Memorial Fellowships
The Frank Knox Memorial Fellowships were established in honour of the late Frank Knox to encourage scholarly exchange between the United States and the British Commonwealth. Frank Knox Memorial Fellowships are awarded to students from Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom to undertake graduate study at Harvard University.
The Knox Fellowship Program is administered by the Committee on General Scholarships at Harvard University.
The Frank Knox provides the following benefits:
A stipend of at least US$30,000 for a ten-month academic year, or up to a maximum of two years for multiple-year programs;
Tuition fees covered; and
Health insurance fees covered
To be nominated for this scholarship, you must meet the eligibility criteria indicated on the Frank Knox website
You must complete the Frank Knox Memorial Fellowship Application form available from the Frank Knox website and submit the form through the online Partner Institution Scholarships form to be considered for nomination by the University of Melbourne.
Only complete applications submitted before the closing date will be considered.
The University of Melbourne will select eligible applicants for nomination to the Committee on General Scholarships at Harvard University on the basis of academic excellence, strength of character, and potential for leadership in the applicant’s field of study.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of the nomination process within four weeks after the relevant closing date.
